I got the following handbill when I met Rob (the pencil doodle on the print is what he drew on it) but I'm not sure it's significance. I'm pretty sure it's on some WS artwork (maybe UGWNL?) - but does anyone know what it is off and it's significance?

It's a Dodo.

The dodo also made an appearance on one of the CD versions of Consolers too, it's the dodo from Wonderland.

Unless you're asking about the actual print, which is the Wardenclyffe Tower.

thanks for the replies - I was actually referring to the transmission tower so that's for confirming. Anyone know what the significance is, if any for the White Stripes and also which of their releases features it? I'm pretty sure I've seen it before but can't quite remember.

It's Tesla related, and Jack has been known to look up to Tesla. The TMR tower is Wardenclyfe Tower.

It's used on the White Stripes website if you use the regular version as you get into the news section. I have that handbill, love it! It's almost a shame he doodled on the front of it instead of the back. Still, that sounds like Rob's style.

Thanks for the info - very helpful :D

I actually really like the fact that Rob has doodled on it - as you say, it's very RJ. It makes it quite the unique piece as I know no one else has the same.

For anyone interested - the Richard Goodall Gallery in my hometown of Manchester, UK has a selection of RJ handbills for sale around £15 each. This is one of the ones I picked up from there.

Hilarious that the only clip of this that seems to be left on YouTube has Spanish subtitles.

They used that image on the kids and baby clothes in the WS store too.
