Sounds like they have a tonne of spare books they need to shift.

go to a site like www.imageshack.com

upload your photo (make the size for message boards)

on the next page copy the line that says "Direct Link:"

then paste it between the bits that say [ img] and [ /img] in the reply box

Got these yesterday, little disappointing, not numbered or signed...

Think the consensus is right and these are just a gimmick to move the book. The book is really cool but not as strong as her Elliott Smith which was very intense....
