No paypal dispute? Sucky man!
Paypal dispute is a bunch of bullshit. I tried it recently and had no luck. It took them 45 days to even do anything...and then they didn't do anything for me at all and once I tried to dispute again, it was already past the date limit because they took so long to even look at the case. Lost a ton of money there..
Weird - the 2 or 3 times I've needed to dispute, I had perfect success with paypal. Shitty luck all around here...

Sorry that this is the shit you've had to endure, if I had an extra I would hook you right up!

When this first showed up on eBay, I have no idea what year, maybe 2003?, it sold for 30 bucks....but I guess that goes for a lot of WS items these days...

What I would give to analyze the sales data from eBay and get access to that data warehouse.
i was one of the "30 bucks people" the person who had them worked at a radio station. i don't think he knew what he had because he sold the first bunch at "buy it now" ,the last one he put up for auction after they kept selling as soon as he listed them.

Is it true there's a skip on the first song on most/all copies?

Not mine, I've listened to it hundreds of times and never noticed an issue. More specific information available?

The copy Rival mentions that's on Discogs now for $399--the seller apparently has had 6 and says each one has the same skip, including the one he currently has for sale. My rip of it doesn't have a skip.

My copy does not skip at a fixed place but indeed to increase weight on the arm by about 1g or it does skip randomly. The grooves seem really shallow.
Don't believe the 60's was the golden age of pop. You glorify the past when the future dries up.
