I downloaded a bunch of these when we had our first child back in 2009. There's some really good albums. I found it funny that the Radiohead one actually sounds like Radiohead...especially "No Surprises."

I also remember the Bob Marley one being good.
Hey, it's just a fucking record. Chill.

This is how I feel about them: http://theworstthingsforsale.com/post/3 ... -great-way

Pressing this to vinyl seems like such a waste of time, money and effort.

Some of Radioheads regular songs could put your baby to sleep

Wow, I was pretty excited about this being pressed to vinyl (baby's first record et al.) Then I listened to it.

Someone needs to be shot for blowing that opportunity. Now if you'll pardon me, I need to go scrub out my inner ear with kerosene.

Ugh. If this confused the hell out of me, I'd wonder what it'd do to an infant. The rhythm is horribly off and multiple instrumentation just makes the songs a chaotic mess where it takes a while to figure what you are listening to. Should have kept it simple like the actual songs.

I thought I would pick this up for my 6 month old niece, but this is not the type of impression I want to make on her when teaching her about the White Stripes.

My lord people - these aren't technical training or deep musical compositions that will be important in 50 years. They're elevator versions of rock songs to help babies fall asleep. I wouldn't over analyze... Jeez. My kid hears the real versions of these tunes all the time in my house & car. Just not when he's tryin to sleep.

this is great - my 19 month old is all about these (and they are much better for parents to listen to over the monitor at night or in the car on long road trips). our favorites are black sabbath and nirvana.

that being said, don't think i will get this on vinyl. we do not have a turntable in the baby's room...
