Yeah that's exactly what it is, it came with the tartan material from kungfu, like you could sew it onto whatever you happened to make with it.

Yeah, I know there is a version on all of the tartan products, my white kilt has this same one sewn on it, but anyone have an unsewn one?

There were Hunting and Dress tartans if I recall correctly.
