The small ones were $5 per set and I think the large were $10.

Another member sent me this picture and asked me to upload it. This thread seems a bit paltry....

I finally got to compare the 2 versions I own of this pin.
One was purchased from the 2005 White Stripes show I attended and the other from TMR, being the new version you can get from their brick and mortar store.
I always thought they would be identical but they are not. Aside from the size and the color shade, the swirl design is mirrored.
Also there is a slight size difference.
Last but not least the back.
Anyone can confirm that their pre-2009 versions are same as mine?
