i emailed my buddy at my local record store back home and he said they were getting ten copies but they were still on back order with his distributer and he said it dosent look like they have shipped anywhere in the US yet.

I just looked at the catalog page they changed it from orange scented to orange color.

am I following this correctly if i say there is only one version of the double LP worldwide? that's the one being spoke of on tmr? or does EMI got their own over in europe (like the one i think I've ordered)?

yes ..i think so. I reckon EMI are distributing it in Europe, which i guess would explain why it has a different bar code sticker over the original one printed on the cover.
