I'm assuming when he says close thread, he means delete thread?
Because I see no point in just closing them.

So, I see Dave put up another batch of black Let's Shake Hands on black vinyl with numbered sleeve. This lot will make a total of 30 for the past two days in addition to previous sales of lots under a BIN. How long does it take to sell 1000 records of one of the worlds most famous garage bands single? Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he's doing anything shady, but just wondering how many more folks think he may have tucked away.

They are numbered.

I think he sold a few hundred early on and now only
a few sell at a time.

1000 records takes a while to sell unless they get hyped up which these didn't, they just got quietly sold.

If TMR had sold them as a 'limited edition' they would have sold out in 5 minutes.

It's like the TMR bands like Pujol or Smoke fairies. They couldn't sell 200 copies of their single before TMR and then there are 150 limited tri colors and they're selling for $150?

Good to know. It just seemed odd given my perception of the market through the years. I bought one from him a while back through eBay, the first one came with an unnumbered sleeve which I exchanged for a numbered one. Still not sure if that was the best thing to do.
