I post a pic of my slipmat and there you go spreading all sorts of unfounded rumors... What am I going to do with you guys?
BTW.. For whoever started this thread, sorry that it got hi-jacked. I think it would be best if Ian would delete everything in this post from the picture of my slipmat onward. That was posted without permission of the owner anyway. I love my slipmat that way, i wouldn't want it to be exploited...
Grim

The clock in the kitchen says 2:55..... And the clock in the kitchen is slow
Could someone in the know at least fill us in on whether or not these are different tracks from the first release? Track names would be swell but I know we ain't that lucky.
The variation on that tagline that we all know and love so much is great.
"And the message is clear: if we want Jack White as our hero, he will entertain, but not pander. We have to accept all his flaws, whims, caprices and manias as a critical, sometimes uncomfortable, part of the contract."
With this discovery and reveal of the cover, what's left unseen? The tracks on this release and a few HPLB?
"The chairs are too nice, the chandeliers are too beautiful, and the popcorn is too buttery." - Jack White
"What if my problem wasn't that I don't understand people but that I don't like them?" - Louis Bloom

Let's not forget unreleased Stripes tunes ("You're Right, I'm Wrong") and I've heard tales of forgotten studio gems on tapes scattered here and there. And some other etcetera, etcetera.
